Our Areas of Operation are primarily Africa, South America, and the Middle East. We operate in most of the 54 countries of Africa. Our company maintains full time operations in Accra, Ghana and Kampala, Uganda and part-time operations in Sierra Leone, Côte d'Ivoire, Kenya, and Tanzania. We are also able to accept jobs in Morocco, Senegal, The Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Mali, Liberia, Burkina Faso, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Cameroon, Congo, Angola, Namibia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Madagascar, Rwanda, Burundi, Sudan, Ethiopia, Djibouti, and DRC. In the Middle East we maintain a full time office in Dubai and part-time operations in Istanbul. We are also able to operate in UAE, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon, and Egypt. In South America we maintain a part-time office in Cartagena, Colombia and we are also able to operate in Panama, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Guyana, Suriname, and French Guiana. Gold Verification

Gold Buying & Proxy Purchase

In addition to testing services, we also provide gold buying and proxy purchase services. We can be hired to validate a gold purchase, and then actually perform the gold purchase either at one of our facilities, a partner facility, or in some countries at on-site location. We can purchase the gold directly for our company or we can proxy purchase the gold on your behalf. We offer both proxy purchase and direct gold buying services. We are frequently asked what this means and how these two methods of buying are different. A proxy purchase is when we utilize your Client funds to make the purchase on your behalf. We have a fiduciary responsibility to you as the client, and we will protect your funds as if they are our own. We perform the validation, testing, and carry out the transaction utilizing money that is provided by the client and then we transport the product to the destination of your choosing for delivery for a flat fee based upon the origin and destination and the amount of gold to be transported. We provide a money back guarantee that the product that you authorize us to buy is the product that you will receive, should there be any issues or discrepancies, it will be our financial burden to bear and your funds are fully protected. In addition to proxy purchase, instead of making a delivery for you we can instead do a proxy sale, in which we sell the product to our buyers on your behalf for a small share of the profit. The other option is direct gold buying services. We offer the option, on a case by case basis, of directly purchasing gold that has been sourced by you. We charge a flat fee for our time, travel, experience, utilization of our funds, and the opportunity cost of validating the transaction, and if everything is as described we utilize our own funds to purchase the gold at an agreed upon price. We then will have a generous amount of profit share in which you will be provided for supplying the gold that we purchase. This completely de-risks the gold purchase for you, as beyond the nominal fee for our services you do not risk any of your own funds, all the risk is assumed by the Colibri Group and you are able to earn your proceeds from the comfort of your office.

Currency Validation

The Gold industry is rife with counterfeit currency which has made us experts in performing currency validations. We have specialized training and currency testing equipment that allows us to check the validity of US Dollars, Euros, and British Pounds. Our equipment scans in normal light, UV light, thermal signature, magnetic ink, takes pictures of the currency, checks serial numbers and more! We are able to remotely perform the same forensic examination that you would get at any world class banking institution. Our equipment is portable and we can perform validations on-site in support of any transaction involving physical currency.

Our staff are trained to sort and identify counterfeit currency from legitimate both through specialized training and the use of advanced computer forensic equipment. We have a suite of restricted counterfeit detection tools at our disposal for all of your currency verification needs. It is unfortunately common for oil, gemstone, FOREX, and gold operations to be the target of currency counterfeiters or scammers and accepting even one batch of counterfeit currency could completely cripple or wipe out the profits of your business endeavors. We have seen everything from entirely counterfeit payments to sophisticated operations that mix up to 30% counterfeit bills in with legitimate currency in an attempt to evade detection. Even normally circulated currency in Africa is routinely 2-10% counterfeit, oftentimes without anyone's knowledge or intent to defraud. We are able to verify currency through a combination of normal light, backlight, UV, fluorescent, infrared, micro-image, security strip, magnetic scanning, and further methods which are information restricted. We also are able to check, verify, and digitally record the serial numbers and images of all of the currency that is processed by our machines. When we are able to perform the full range of scanning and serial number verification we are able to certify and guarantee that your currency is genuine. Asset Transportation

Already have gold or currency and in need of a customs and transportation solution? We offer stand-alone transportation services for gold and currency. We will handle the pickup, export customs documents, transportation and delivery to most destinations. Please inquire with your origin and destination countries to see if we provide this service for the countries that you need.

We are able to provide armed and armored/overt or armed and unarmored/covert transportation of physical currency or gold. We can arrange for everything from a large, armed security detail including armored vehicles to covert courier services involving small armed teams and unmarked vehicles. The level of force required varies by country and location, but most countries that we have standard operations have best success with armed and unarmored covert transportation and courier services. We are able to provide services that utilize private chartered air transport and we will determine the best course of action after our assessment of your situation and the physical weight and dimensions of the assets in question. As part of our transport service we provide the necessary logistics and customs paperwork and clearances to move your assets from Point A to Point B or, in many circumstances, we can utilize the paperwork/documentation that you already have in place. We prefer to offer full concierge service in which we provide for all of the details of your operation, rather than relying on existing paperwork as when we provide our full concierge service we can ensure there are no problems or delays with your shipment and all we require is an outline and overview of your needs, the assets, and the origin and destination countries. Or, alternatively we can provide only a specific portion or individualized service within your larger, ongoing operation. All currency or gold transportation operations include currency or gold verification services upon Client request and at no additional cost. Transportation fees are assed on a case by case basis depending upon the assets being transported and the origin and destination countries.

Consultation

We provide direct consultation for gold and currency situations as well as for determinations of the appropriate customs procedures necessary for a wide variety of countries across South American, Africa, and the Middle East. If you have gold or currency which requires transportation or customs clearance, we are able to go on-site and determine the exact procedures which will need to be followed and then either provide you with a package so that your organization can handle the situation themselves or we are able to handle the situation on your behalf!

We are also available to provide third party consultation services for your gold transaction. We provide on-site services to perform due diligence or third party oversight to ensure that your operation/deal/sale/transaction proceeds without problem or delay. We are also able to assess situations to determine whether the situation is a scam or whether the parties are genuine and wish to do business.
